Christmas: Thanks to a generous Sunday School class, we’ve been able to blanket our neighborhood with the kind of gifts that bring great joy (no socks and underwear) and point to the Ultimate Gift we celebrate on Christmas: Jesus.
Birthdays: We also give out “birthday bags” to our neighbors on their birthday to demonstrate that we love them, and that there’s a God that sees them and wants to show them He loves them. These bags are often the only gifts a person will get on their special day. If you feel led to donate gifts to help us display the generous love of Jesus, please let us know. |
